Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate Statute

 

§ 1. Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, hereinafter referred to as "Chief Inspectorate", is an office of governmental administration  that supports the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.

 

§ 2. Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector directs the Chief Inspectorate with the Deputy Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector, General Director and heads of organizational units specified in § 3.

 

§ 3. The Chief Inspectorate consists of the following organizational units:

  1. Supervision Department;
  2. GMP Inspection Department;
  3. Legal Department;
  4. Office of Director General.
